Records custodians and other Postal Service employees should seek guidance as necessary from, as appropriate, their FOIA coordinator, their FOIA requester service center, the Privacy and Records Management Office, or their legal office when responding to notification or access requests under the Privacy Act or disclosure requests under the FOIA.
