3-8 Vice President, General Counsel

The Vice President, General Counsel, does the following:

  1. Updates legal publications and Postal Service policies and procedures in his or her area of responsibility to conform to ongoing legal requirements.
  2. Provides legal guidance in response to Section 508–related inquiries from functional organizations and the Section 508 Program.
  3. Notifies affected functional organizations of updates to relevant statutes and related interpretations.
