5-12.3 Partial Payments

The CO is responsible for approving requests for partial payment upon delivery of goods or services that partially fulfill contract requirements and performance expectations. The CO will consult the client regarding delivery of products or services when partial payments are to be made. When the awarded contract does not provide unit prices for the supply, the CO may determine an appropriate formula for payment. The CO must review any payments that are to be made in accordance with payment terms incorporated in non-fixed-price contracts.
