Potter keynote speaker at GSA’s Annual Mail Education Forum

Postmaster General Jack Potter was the keynote speaker at General Services Administration's recent Annual Mail Education Forum.When it came to delivering the keynote address at the General Services Administration’s Annual Mail Education Forum, Postmaster General Jack Potter was more than qualified for the task. The theme for this year’s forum was “Building on our Successes” — something Potter and every USPS employee is familiar with as we come off our seventh consecutive year of productivity improvement.

Federal mail managers from various agencies were there to learn about USPS efforts to fulfill its basic mission — providing reliable, affordable, universal mail service to everyone in America. Potter spoke extensively about the opportunities the new postal law provides for the Postal Service — and the federal government.
