DMM Revision: Authorized Meter Providers

Effective March 21, 2007, we are revising 604.4.1.3 of the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM^®). This action adds a new postage meter provider to the list of authorized providers.
