Ordering Instructions for May 2007 Postage Statements

The following postage statements — updated with the May 2007 prices — are available online and through the Material Distribution Center (MDC):

• PS Form 3541, Postage Statement — Periodicals — One Issue or One Edition.
• PS Form 3600-EZ, Postage Statement — First-Class Mail — Easy — Nonautomation Letters, Cards, or Flats.
• PS Form 3600-R, Postage Statement — First-Class Mail & Priority Mail.
• PS Form 3602-EZ, Postage Statement — Standard Mail — Easy — Nonautomation Letters or Flats.
• PS Form 3602-N, Postage Statement — Nonprofit Standard Mail.
• PS Form 3602-NZ, Postage Statement — Nonprofit Standard Mail — Easy — Nonautomation Letters or Flats.
• PS Form 3602-R, Postage Statement — Standard Mail.
• PS Form 3605-R, Postage Statement — Package Services.
• PS Form 3700, Postage Statement – International Mail.

Mailers may use the January 2006 edition of PS Form 3541-M — Periodicals — All Issues in a Calendar Month, until July 2007, when new Periodicals rates are effective. A new edition of PS Forms 3541 and 3541-M will be available for Periodicals mailers in July.

The May 2007 postage statements are available online now at www.usps.com/forms, at the bottom of the page under New Postage Statements as of May 14, 2007. On May 14, you will be able to find them at www.usps.com/forms, under All Online PDF Forms in Numeric Order.

You can order these postage statements from the MDC by calling 800-273-1509, and using touch-tone order entry (TTOE).
