New Poster 63: Postal Service Policy on Reporting Requirements for Sex Offenders

The Postal Service™ has issued Poster 63, Postal Sevice Policy on Reporting Requirements for Sex Offend­ers, May 2007. The poster provides information about a new section in the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM), 665.17, Reporting Requirements for Sex Offenders. The ELM revision is described in detail in the article on page 12.

This poster must be displayed on employee bulletin boards only (poster is for internal use only) at all Postal Service facilities, including stations, branches, and con­tract postal units. Poster 63 is available on page 43.
