Business Connect Free Package Pickup Postmaster Kit — Fall FY 2008

This article describes the contents of the Business Con­nect™ Free Package Pickup Postmaster Kit for Sea­son One (Fall FY 2008). Season One runs from October 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007, and is designed to promote USPS^® Free Package Pickup when discussing domes­tic and international packaging with customers.

The Business Connect Free Package Pickup Postmas­ter Kit includes the following materials:

• Letter to Postmasters and Station and Branch Man­agers. A message from the chief marketing officer describing the Free Package Pickup promotional materials.
• The Seasons of Success Brochure (Fall FY 2008). A brochure describing “The 4 Seasons of Success” Business Connect contest.
• Free Package Pickup Instruction Sheet. Suggestions for presenting information about Free Package Pickup to customers.
• Free Package Pickup Features and Benefits (FAB) Sheet. A “leave-behind” sheet highlighting the key features and benefits of Free Package Pickup.
• Notepads. An item to give customers to remind them how easy it is to request a Free Package Pickup.

Kits were mailed out starting September 26, 2007, and should be received the first week of October.

Starting October 1, 2007, this kit will be available for down­loading from the Business Connect Resource Center at http://blue.usps.gov/marketing/businessconnect/welcome.htm. Also at that Web site, participants will be able to order addi­tional copies of the FAB sheet and the notepads — click on Order Supplies.
