An excellent return

Parcel Return Service has surpassed $100 million in revenue. It’s only been four years since launch, but with the growth of the Internet, the service has continued to show revenue gains each year.

One of the reasons USPS hit the mark so quickly is Delia’s — a company well known for selling girl’s and boy’s sportswear and skateboarding equipment. Delia’s Chief Operating Officer Walter Killough loves the Postal Service. “When we had to choose an efficient way to handle our returns, there really wasn’t any other choice,” said Killough. “USPS makes it easy for our customers to return items — none of the other carriers even come close.”
