New PS Form 2499 Is Now Available From the Material Distribution Center

In Postal Bulletin 22218 (10-25-07, page 97), we announced publication of new PS Form 2499, Offer of Modified Assignment (Limited Duty), effective October 1, 2007. Printed forms are now available.
