However, if your office still requires 2008 paper calendars, they are now available from Boise/OfficeMax Government Solutions. Please use Boise/OfficeMax Government Solutions as your source for paper calendars. You can order your calendars on eBuy, or, if you don’t have access to eBuy, order through Boise/OfficeMax Government Solutions Customer Service at 888-229-USPS (8777).
Information on the full 2008 line of paper calendars is available from the Boise/OfficeMax eBuy and hard copy catalogs, or from Boise/OfficeMax Government Solutions Customer Service. The current hardcopy catalog has 2007 item numbers, so please make sure to use 2008 item numbers when ordering your new calendars. You can get the applicable 2008 item numbers from either eBuy or Boise/OfficeMax Government Solutions Customer Service.

The following items are still available from OfficeMax; however, you must now order “off-catalog” on the open market account and pay with your credit card. This change was the result of NIB/NISH/UNICOR updating their procurement list.
If you have access to the Postal Service Intranet, you must order through eBuy. Go to http://blue.usps.gov; under “Essential Links” click on eBuy. Once there, you can obtain an eBuy logon ID and password. If you can’t, contact your district or area eBuy representative to receive a logon ID and password.
The spiral bound “Action Planner” (8 1/2" x 11", $3.8615 each) and the “Two-Year Wall Calendar” (34" x 24", two-sided, pre-packaged tube of two @ $4.00 each) are the only calendars still available from the Material Distribution Center (MDC). You may still order these Postal Service calendars using the touch-tone order entry (TTOE) system at 800-273-1509.
Note: You must be registered to use TTOE. To register, call 800-332-0317, option 1, extension 2925, and follow the prompts to leave a message (wait 48 hours after registering before placing your first order).
