Correction: PS Form 3849 Revision

In the article “Postal Service Form 3849 Revision Notice” in Postal Bulletin 22231 (4-24-08, pages 20–21), the reverse face depiction for revised PS Form 3849, Delivery Notice/Reminder/Receipt, mistakenly omitted the barcode. The included image corrects this omission.
