Effective immediately, the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM) 933.4 is revised to add the mock turtleneck and the baseball cap to type 4 uniform items, which are worn by security force police officers.

2 Baseball caps may be worn only by craft employees when authorized by the Inspector-in-Charge, except that they may not be worn while working a fixed post.
