New Poster 239: Mail Theft, Employee Awareness

This month all postal facilities are receiving the new U.S. Postal Service® Office of Inspector (OIG) General Poster 239, Mail Theft, Employee Awareness. Four (4) posters were shipped to the largest Post Offices™ and facilities, two (2) post­ers were shipped to intermediate-sized offices, and one (1) poster was shipped to small offices and individual officers. Man­agers in charge of each facility should ensure the posters are displayed in a prominent area accessible for all employees to view.

Additional copies of Poster 239 can be obtained, at no charge, from the Material Distribution Center (MDC) in Topeka, KS, through the touch-tone order entry (TTOE) system at 800-273-1509.
