The Quarter 3 Business Connect™ Contest for FY 2009 runs from April 1, 2009, to June 30, 2009, and is focused on domestic Priority Mail® service. The objective is to conduct a minimum of five Business Connect activities — all of which must focus on domestic Priority Mail service.
The Business Connect Postmaster Kit includes the following materials:
n Letter to Postmasters and Station and Branch Managers. This letter describes the promotional materials and how to use them (see page 7).
n Contest Guide. Refer to this guide for contest guidelines, presentation tips, and key messages (see page 49).
n Leave-Behinds. These include five dry-erase boards* and Features and Benefit (FAB) sheets to use as meeting leave-behinds (see pages 50–52).
n Letter and Rural Carrier Information Cards. Distribute the Priority Mail information cards* to letter and rural carriers so they can share them with business customers. When folded, they can function as a tent card and be left on a desk.
* Note: If needed, you can order additional leave-behinds and information cards from the Business Connect Order Site at http://blue.usps.gov/marketing/businessconnect/welcome.htm, click Order Supplies (while supplies last).
Images of the materials start on page 7 in this issue of the Postal Bulletin.
Kits should be received in offices by the first week of April.
Starting April 1, 2009, this kit will be available for downloading from the Business Connect Resource Center at http://blue.usps.gov/marketing/businessconnect/welcome.htm.
