Effective October 1, 2008, the Professional Printing & Creative Services (PPCS) Category Management Center (CMC) at Postal Service™ Headquarters and the Eastern Services CMC (ESCMC), Memphis, began working jointly to transition responsibility for printing, copying, and duplicating services from the PPCS CMC at Headquarters to the ESCMC in Memphis, TN.
Effective May 1, 2009, offices and installations requiring printing, copying, and duplicating services should direct their inquiries and eBuy requisitions to the ESCMC.
