Facilities receiving custodial rental items from Cintas or UniFirst must submit a new, on-catalog requisition through eBuy to reflect the new pricing for their requirements, effective October 1, 2009. Previously funded requisitions will remain active in eBuy until all invoices created under the old price structure are paid and the new price structure is implemented. In order for the suppliers to submit invoices reflecting the updated pricing and receive payment, a new requisition must be in the eBuy system prior to September 30, 2009. Payment cannot be made from the existing requisition with obsolete pricing after this date.
New items added to both custodial rental contracts include ladies’ executive pants and shirts and a variety of wet and dry microfiber mops. On-catalog eBuy orders for the new items and updated pricing must be completed between August 1, 2009, and September 30, 2009.
