Effective August 3, 2009, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) section 784.2 and part 785.
U.S. exchange offices now must report postage payment anomalies, defined in IMM 780, to the executive director of International Postal Affairs, Postal Service Headquarters at the following address:
