Effective September 8, 2009, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect Postal Service operational changes for International Priority Airmail™ (IPA®) service and International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) service.

We are updating the origin 3-digit ZIP™ Codes in Exhibit 292.462 (IPA service) and Exhibit 293.462 (ISAL service) to include seven 3-digit ZIP Codes that were inadvertently omitted from the exhibits, and also to include the new “851” ZIP Code that we announced in the article titled “DMM Revision: Arizona District ZIP Codes Realigned to Include ‘851’ 3-Digit Service Area” in Postal Bulletin 22262 (7-2-09, page 4). We are also deleting 12 invalid 3-digit ZIP Codes. These changes are as follows:

Invalid 3-Digit ZIP Codes Deleted from Exhibits 292.462 and 293.462

Valid 3-Digit ZIP Codes Added to Exhibits 292.462 and 293.462
