Effective immediately, Management Instruction EL-730-2000-3, Standard Training Course Numbering Guidelines, March 13, 2000, is obsolete.
The process for assigning course numbers changed with the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) in June 2009. For guidelines on how to obtain a course number, consult the Human Resources website:
