IMM Revision: New Maximum Insurance Coverage Limit for Global Express Guaranteed Service to Rwanda

Effective April 5, 2010, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reduce the maximum insurance coverage for Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG®) shipments to Rwanda from $1,788 to $1,618. This change is necessary to reflect the current euro/dollar con­version rate for the existing maximum limit set by Rwanda.
