Effective July 6, 2010, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) 604.10, to incorporate the new Headquarters manager, Revenue Assessment and Control (MRAC) into the assessment and appeal procedures governing shortages in fees or postage. In cases where a deficiency is identified by another postal official equal to or greater than $100,000, and in certain cases referred by management of less than $100,000, the MRAC will be the assessing postal official.
