Effective immediately, Publication 521, EAP Wallet Card, is revised. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers assessment, referral, short-term counseling, and work/life consultation for Postal Service™ employees and their families. Participation is voluntary.
The new card provides updated information on how to request EAP services by telephone, TTY, and the Internet. The April 2011 edition supersedes the June 2001 edition. Recycle or destroy all previous editions.
