Stamps Now® is a USPS® program established to provide business customers convenience in purchasing stamps and other mailing supplies. There is no cost to establish an account, and customers may order as needed or on a set schedule.
The program offers a wide variety of products including booklets, panes, and coils of 100, 3,000, and 10,000 stamps. Pre-cancelled and Non-Profit stamps are also available for purchase through the program. In addition to current stamp designs, Prepaid Priority Mail® envelopes and Personalized Stamped Envelopes, as well as pressure-sensitive and water-activated stamped envelopes are available from the Stamps Now program. Businesses can have their orders sent to their choice of one location or multiple addresses.
A handling fee of $1.25 will be applied to all orders up to $50.00, and $1.75 will be applied to orders over $50.00. If needed, customers may choose to pay for Express Mail® services for delivery of their orders. Payment options include ACH debit, business check, FedWire, or money order. As an additional service, customers may request a reconciliation report that fits their monthly reporting needs.
The Stamps Now program is managed by Stamp Fulfillment Services (SFS) located in Kansas City, Missouri. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receipt at SFS. The large inventory of stamps and product at SFS ensures a constant supply of product to complete orders rapidly. SFS’ centralized location is additionally beneficial to businesses, as orders will be received at their destination within 3 to 4 business days using Priority Mail services.
