There is a new “Lead Generation” page on USPS.com®. To access it, go to www.usps.com; click Business Solutions in the top blue pull-down menu bar; then click Save by Shipping with USPS® in the left navigation bar. Customers simply complete an online form to receive assistance with their shipping needs from a local sales representative.
We also have recently added a new Online Shipping Tools page (see image) at https://www.usps.com/ship/online-shipping-tools.htm. This page provides shippers with information on all the Postal Service™ options available for online shipping in one convenient location. Key features of the Click-N-Ship® application, Click-N-Ship For Business, and Web Tools, including payment options and how to get started, are highlighted.
