Effective September 4, 2012, the Postal Service™ will revise the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) 705.8.5.2 to remove the requirement that all bundles not able to be placed on SCF, ADC, or NDC/ASF pallets must be sacked. In January 2012, we revised palletization standards to allow bundles to be placed directly on some mixed ADC pallets, if allowed by specific standards. This revision synchronizes 705.8.5.2 with the other sections.
