Effective January 27, 2013, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect the availability of return receipt service for insured Priority Mail International® parcels to Montenegro.
The article titled “IMM Revision: Priority Mail International Insurance Updates to Cameroon, Lebanon, and Montenegro” in Postal Bulletin 22333 (3-22-12, pages 7 and 8) announced that mailers would have the option to purchase insurance of up to $5,000 for Priority Mail International parcels to Montenegro (effective May 7, 2012). This revision will indicate that mailers also have the option to purchase return receipt service for such parcels.
