IMM Revision: Priority Mail International Regional Rate Boxes

Effective September 3, 2013, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) section 232.5 to codify that Priority Mail International™ Regional Rate Box prices are available only for commercial mailers who have an agreement with the Postal Service specifically for Priority Mail International Regional Rate Boxes. Customers who do not have such an agreement must pay the applicable Priority Mail International price based on the item’s weight and country price group.
