As a reminder, effective October 1, 2013, the capital threshold will increase to $10,000.
n All the contracts/Purchase Orders created before October 1, 2013, but not invoiced and/or invoiced but not capitalized, still follow the old procedures/ threshold amounts.
n All the contracts/Purchase Orders invoiced and capitalized after October 1, 2013, will follow the new threshold amount of $10,000.
n The capital credit card should no longer be used effective September 19, 2013.
n The PS Form 8162, Capital Property Record, will be obsolete on October 1, 2013.
