Effective July 7, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to correctly identify the “parent country” for Tokelau as being only Western Samoa. (A “parent country” is one that governs or rules the “child country” as a territory.) Currently, the entry also includes Union Group as an alternative, but we will remove that text.
