Effective July 7, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Individual Country Listing (ICL) for Uruguay. This update is the result of a formal request made through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) via International Bureau Circular (IBC) 61, dated April 22, 2014, updating its listing of prohibited items to include eyeglasses, medicines, and medical products.
