Effective September 7, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect that Priority Mail Express International™ service is available to Lebanon.
This revision is a result of a minor classification change filed under Docket Number MC2014-30 with the Postal Regulatory Commission and published in the Federal Register on July 22, 2014 (79 FR 42458–42460).
Lebanon is the most recent country to establish an Express Mail Service (EMS) operational exchange agreement with the Postal Service. As a result, Priority Mail Express International service will become available to this destination on September 7, 2014.
