Finance Number Control Master (FNCM) Request Freeze

In preparation for the Fiscal Year 2015 closeout, there will be a freeze period from September 21, 2015, to October 23, 2015, for all six-digit FNCM requests and General Ledger Account (GLA) changes. During the outage, 10-digit finance number requests will continue to be processed. Requests for six-digit finance numbers and GLA updates can be submitted, but will not be implemented until October 24, 2015, (can be effective October 1, 2015) at the earliest. Please send an email to the FNCM FSB email address in Outlook for any exceptions. They will be considered on a case by case basis by the accounting managers.

District finance managers will receive an email notification regarding the status of new units. Requests that cannot be completed will be returned to the requestor with an explanation.
