Effective February 1, 2016, we will revise Labeling List(s) L001, L006, L007, L012, and L606 to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are expected to label according to these revised lists for mailings that are inducted on or after the February 1, 2016, effective date through the March 31, 2016, expiration date.
Note: The following ZIP Codes™ were unintentionally left out of the L009 list in the files effective on 1-1-2016: 864, 889-891, 893-895, 897, 961, and 967-969. In order to correct that error, there are “New Additions” shown below for the L009 list. These ZIP Codes were simply added back onto the list as they were previously displayed in the 12-1-2015 effective files. The “Label To” column is the same as it was previously.
