Effective April 10, 2016, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 705.8, to remove text that remains on palletizing NDC Presort parcels. NDC and ONDC Presort were discontinued in the January 17, 2016, price change.
In addition, the Postal Service will also revise the title and introductory text of Labeling List L605 to remove references to NDC and ONDC Presort.
Although the DMM revision will not be published until April 10, 2016, the revision is effective immediately.
