Effective April 10, 2016, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 705.8.10.2, to facilitate the preparation of carrier route pallets. Specifically, this revision changes the order of when Periodicals mailers make 5-digit scheme carrier route pallets and 5-digit carrier route pallets.
