PS Form 8190 Revision: USPS-NALC Joint Step A Grievance Form

Effective March 17, 2016, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 8190, USPS-NALC Joint Step A Grievance Form, to update the instructions portion of the form to reflect current USPS-NALC Joint Contract Administration Manual (JCAM) language.

You can order the revised PS Form 8190 from the Material Distribution Center (MDC) using touch-tone order entry (TTOE): call 800-273-1509.

Note: You must be registered to use TTOE. To register, call 800-332-0317, option 1, extension 2925, and follow the prompts to leave a message. Wait 48 hours after registration before placing your first order.
