Effective June 6, 2016, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 705.21.1.1, to clarify that the minimum volume requirement for Parcel Select Lightweight® parcels in a combined parcel mailing under 705.21, is 200 pieces or 50 pounds.
Although this clarification will not be published in the DMM until June 6, 2016, this revision is effective immediately.
