Effective August 28, 2016, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect that Priority Mail Express International® service is available to Cuba.
Cuba already receives First-Class Mail International® items, First-Class Package International Service® items, and Priority Mail International® items from the Postal Service. We are adding Cuba following its recent establishment of an Express Mail Service (EMS) operational exchange agreement with the Postal Service. As a result, Priority Mail Express International service for Flat Rate Envelopes up to 4 pounds and parcels up to 22 pounds will become available to this destination on August 28, 2016.
