Effective February 16, 2017, the Postal Service™ is revising PS Form 8038, Employee Statement to Recover Back Pay, and PS Form 8039, Back Pay Decision/Settlement Worksheet to update policy and procedures for the back pay compensation process.
Revised PS Forms 8038 and 8039 are both available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

n Click Forms.
