Effective May 1, 2017, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 207.27.4, to simplify labeling to only require the “PER” designation when combining multiple editions or publications.
Although we will not publish this revision in the DMM until May 1, 2017, these standards are effective immediately.
