Limited ACE System Access for Contractors Beginning with Courses Due June 30, 2017

On behalf of the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO), all contractors with access to the ACE environment, in addition to employees, will now experience limited ACE system access if they fail to complete a required course by the deadline. The first annual deadline for CyberSafe courses is June 30, 2017.

If you are a Postal Service™ employee who manages contractors, please circulate this update and encourage all contractors to complete all CyberSafe courses due June 30, 2017.

If you are a contractor, complete all CyberSafe courses by the completion deadlines to avoid limited ACE system access.

Thank you for doing your part to keep the Postal Service cyber safe — remember, cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility.

If you have any questions about the implementation of limited ACE system access for contractors, please send an email to CyberSafeComms@usps.gov. For more information about security training courses, visit the Security training page at blue.usps.gov/cyber/training.htm on the CyberSafe at USPS® site.
