Effective July 20, 2017, the Postal Service™ is revising the Administrative Support Manual (ASM), parts 213 and 274, to change the name of Standard Mail® service to USPS Marketing Mail™ service as referenced in the international mail categories not sealed against inspection. These revisions align with the revisions to mail covers found in 39 CFR 233.3.
