Effective August 31, 2017, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), sections 252.2 and 252.5, concerning Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation® International service (E-USPS DELCON INTL®).
The Postal Service is extending E-USPS DELCON INTL service to four additional countries. Also, it is increasing E-USPS DELCON INTL service availability — previously, this service was available only electronically, but now it will also be available at Post Office™ retail locations, beginning on September 22, 2017.
