PS Form 3972 Revision: Leave Absence Analysis

Effective November 1, 2017, the Postal Service™ revised PS Form 3972, Leave Year 2018 Absence Analysis, to update information for the upcoming year. You can order the revised PS Form 3972 through the Material Distribution Center (MDC) eBuy2 catalog.

Note: For some military sites without eBuy2 access, you can order through the Touch Tone Order Entry (TTOE) system by calling 800-273-1509.
