In the article titled “Handbook AS-353 Revision: Privacy Act Requests and Freedom of Information Act Requests” in Postal Bulletin 22481 (11-23-17, page 6), the Law Department announced that the Postal Service™ would revise Handbook AS-353, Guide to Privacy, the Freedom of Information Act, and Records Management, to update Chapters 3, 4, and 5, and add an Addendum to serve as a guide for requesters.
On February 28, 2018, the Postal Service posted the revised version of Handbook AS-353, which is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.
n Click Handbooks.
