Nestle has been awarded the new 5-gallon bottled drinking water service contract. There is no action needed from sites that currently receive service through Nestle; however, you must confirm that you have completed a valid eBuy2 requisition through December 30, 2018. DS Waters was not awarded a new contract under the latest solicitation; therefore, their contract will end on November 30, 2018.
To request new service, contact Nestle by phone at 800-950-9907 or send an email to RREnterpriseSupport @waters.nestle.com. Be sure to provide your “ship to” address and ZIP Code™. Instructions for ordering new service through Nestle will be provided based on service coverage.
