Publication 94 Revision: REDRESS: Conflict Resolution That Works

Effective November 2018, the Postal Service™ revised Publication 94, REDRESS: Conflict Resolution That Works, to reflect the termination of support from the current vendor of the Centralized Intake System for initiating requests for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) counseling through the Interactive Voice Response telephone number (888-EEO-USPS) and the Text Telephone number (888-325-2914). This service has been replaced by an online efile application.

The November 2018 edition of Publication 94 supersedes all previous editions. Use the following information to order Publication 94 through the Material Distribution Center eBuy2 catalog:
