Effective February 14, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Individual Country Listing for Uganda.
In a formal request made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 150, dated November 5, 2018, Uganda Post Limited requests that every item include both the addressee’s and sender’s telephone number and email address, if available. This contact information assists Uganda Post Limited to expedite delivery of all items.
