In the article “Stamp Announcement 19-11: Star Ribbon Stamp,” in Postal Bulletin 22513, (2-14-19, page 39), the availability information incorrectly stated there would be an automatic push distribution for the pane of 20. There will not be an automatic push distribution for the Star Ribbon pane of 20 (see below).
Stamp Fulfillment Services will not make an automatic push distribution to Post Offices. Post Offices may begin ordering stamps before the first-day-of-issue through SFS Web at sfsweb.usps.gov.
Also, the technical details tables were not available for the coil formats. The tables for the coil of 3,000 and coil of 10,000 are shown here.
